Can I control the lights from my phone?
Yes. Every Omni system is controlled through an easy-to-use smartphone app. Change colors, adjust brightness, create schedules, and activate custom scenes with just a few taps.
Can I add more lighting later?
In many cases, yes. Additional rooflines or sections can often be added in the future if you decide to expand your system.
Are the lights visible during the day?
The lights themselves are installed inside color-matched aluminum tracks designed to blend into your roofline. Most homeowners find the system is barely noticeable during daylight hours.
What do the product and labor warranties cover?
Our lifetime product warranty covers manufacturer defects and failures of covered system components, including lights, power wire, extension wire, transformers, and controllers. Labor and installation workmanship are covered for 1 year. After the first year, labor is billed at our current hourly rate. Damage caused by storms, animals, vandalism, third parties, or homeowner modifications is not covered.
How long does installation take?
Most residential installations are completed within one to two days, depending on the size and complexity of the home.
